Kiaora from beautiful Tāhuna! I am a Psychologist providing therapy in Queenstown, and I can help you to identify how struggles and patterns might be impacting on you living your life well. We all get stuck, which can make us feel alone and broken. If this is you, then please know you are a certified human being and you are absolutely not alone!

I would be thrilled to help you with your mental health and wellbeing, and to figure out what things we can do, learn or change to help your situation - no matter where you are, there are always things we can do to make it better. I have no waitlist, and am always able to accept and welcome new clients, both face to face in Central Otago, and via zoom.

I use evidence-based, effective types of therapy, and my style is very practical - you will always leave our sessions with a plan.

It is a brave decision to get therapy, and it is totally normal to feel anxious and unsure of what to expect. It is my job to make you feel safe and supported, by providing a comfortable and trusting, judgement-free environment, where we can work through the issues and achieve your goals. Therapy is also a big commitment - your time, energy, trust, and money. I take this commitment seriously!

We all have suffering, this is human, and its my passion to help people turn this pain into growth, and into something meaningful. To do this I use a psychological therapy called ‘ACT’ - Acceptance Commitment Therapy.
